Running is great. I would recommend it to anyone not genetically inclined to get injured as part of a healthy lifestyle. While familiarity can breed contempt in people, the same can be true in one’s running life. By it’s very nature running requires repetition. Repetition, as we know breeds familiarity and familiarity breeds… well you know what comes next.
Chris Reilly, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s director of family development, recently finished cycling in the Ride for the Cure in Kansas City. Not only did she ride because of her involvement in JDRF, but also for her daughter – Shea, 10, who was diagnosed at the age of 4 with type 1 diabetes. This August, Reilly rode a total of 105 miles in honor of her daughter.
What to watch for: Each rider has his or her own strategy for how to win against a particular rider. Some prefer to stay in front of their opponent blocking him or her from getting in front and forcing them to take the long way around in attempting to pass. Watch for the race to slow to a crawl in the early laps as each rider attempts to gain the rear position. Also, watch for the lead rider to block the rear rider and often pin the rider up high against the ‘rail” or wall until the last moment before jumping for the finish line. Other riders prefer to ride the race from the rear position in an attempt to use the leaders draft to sling shot past in the final meters of the sprint.
As you do these things, you will uncover information that will lead you further along. You will meet people who can help you and who have influence. Pretty soon, you’ll be motocross in a different circle of friends, you will be gaining knowledge and to your amazement, you will be getting closer to your ultimate goal!

Through a virtual 3D game you can play different kinds of sports, become a part of an army and attempt to kill your enemies or go on a real adventure trip of any kind.
Being a stay at home parent you soon learn that life should not be ‘all work and very little play’. Life is too short and there needs to be more time spent with family and friends. No longer can you believe that if you have a job and are good at it, you will be secure for the rest of your working life. As good as you are at what you do, there will always be someone younger who can work for less, to take over from you. We are all dispensable in today’s economy. And really, every firm looks at the bottom line. However a better profit can be achieved by cutting expenses and mechanising more is the course they will take. Loyalty and job security are no longer part of the world economy.
