Besides using the wild archetypal model, listen to and observe your body. No change means you are probably being too wimpy. Dramatic change, weakness, constant exhaustion and injury may mean you are overdoing it.

Net is the shuttlecock hitting close to the net softly to send it just over the opposite side of the net. It is a delightful way to get a sweat and takes away the drudgery of a dull and taxing exercise. But to get its full benefit it’s a smart move to learn the fundamentals first by getting a coach. Badminton may be your new sport of choice if you just give it a try.
